COVID-19 ADVICE & GUIDANCE FOR CONSTRUCTION
BuildUK support industry with advice, guidance and information
The impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) on businesses across the construction industry, many of them SMEs, is proving to be dramatic and unavoidable.
BuildUK is engaging across its membership and responding to the concerns of the sector. The priority is supporting members and the wider industry with advice, guidance and information on construction-specific issues.
Details of the financial support available from Government have been collated and Site Operating Procedures have been produced to ensure sites are implementing the Government’s social distancing requirements.
Build UK advise that businesses should continue to follow the most up-to-date Government guidance and email Build UK with any construction-specific queries. They cannot guarantee to respond to every message but if aware of sector-specific issues Build UK may have the opportunity to address them collectively.
