Prosecutions and enforcement notices weekly update and analysis

The records of enforcement notices issued and prosecutions taken by HSE Construction Division during the week 02/01/2012 – 08/01/2011 were added to the HSE register on 14th March 2012.

 
Prosecutions concluded

There were 0 (zero) Prosecution Cases added to the HSE Register during this period. See below. 

The period under review covers the first week in January 2012  

Enforcement notices issued

There were 14 construction sector Enforcement Notices added to the HSE Register. 

The majority of notices issued concern work at heightwelfare, good ordersilica dust, and asbestos

An increasing number of notices concern wider CDM issues including: competence; site management, client compliance and a focus on smaller projects.
