The records of enforcement notices issued and prosecutions taken by HSE Construction Division during the week 14/11/2011 – 20/11/2011 were added to the HSE register on 25th January 2012.

Enforcement notices issued
There were 123 construction sector Enforcement Notices added to the HSE Register. The majority of notices issued concern work at height, welfare, good order, silica dust, and asbestos.
An increasing number of notices concern wider CDM issues including: competence; site management, client compliance and a focus on smaller projects.
