FATALITY: INQUEST OPENS INTO SITE DEATH

Young construction worker died from traumatic brain injuries

The St Albans Review has reported that an inquest has opened into the death of a 21-year-old man who died in St Albans, Hertfordshire  last week.

The man has been named as Robert Shore, of Potters Bar. He died on July 6 on a construction site in Oaklands Lane, St Albans. Further enquiries suggest he may have been struck by a falling object during demolion work.

The post mortem has been carried out showing that Robert died of “traumatic brain injuries”. This will be confirmed at a full inquest.
