The Citizen Kane of construction mobile plant safety films well worth a viewing
Canadian H&S blog Speaking of Safety has alerted us to a 1970 safety video Shake Hands with Danger described on YouTube as “the Citizen Kane of safety films”.
The film highlights a wide range of hazards arising from the use and maintenance of heavy mobile construction plant in clear and powerful manner.
It looks amusingly dated but is well worth viewing if only for the impressive stuntman work and great country-style song by a Johnny Cash-soundalike!
