WORKMAN ELECTROCUTED DURING BUILDING REFURB

HSE and Police investigating after electrical fatality on major contractor site

The Hounslow Chronicle has reported that a workman is believed to have been electrocuted while working on a construction project in Hounslow, London.

Emergency services attended a site Green Lane on Saturday 16th October at about 8.20pm. The man is believed to be a contractor who was working on a refurbishment of the premises.

Detectives from the Homicide and Serious Crime Command squad are investigating his death, which is being treated as non-suspicious. 

Further enquiries suggsest that the work involved cabling at a banking data centre and that a major UK contractor is the project Principal Contractor.
