The records of enforcement action taken by HSE Construction Division during the week 21/06/2010 – 27/06/2010 were added to the HSE register on 1st September 2010.

The database shows 3 Prosecutions arising from 3 events added to the HSE Register. The events, with fines/penalty in brackets, involved:

• excavation risks and site security (£2k)
• usafe dismantling work on roof (£6.6k)
• injury during piling operations (£12k)

There were 66 construction sector Enforcement Notices added to the HSE Register during this period.
