The records of enforcement action taken by HSE Construction Division during the week 14/06/2010 – 20/06/2010 were added to the HSE register on 25th August 2010.

The database shows 1 x Prosecution arising 1 x event added to the HSE Register. The events, with fines/penalty in brackets, involved:

• work at height scaffolding (£200)

There were 89 construction sector Enforcement Notices added to the HSE Register during this period.
