Proceedings commenced alleging infringement of intellectual property rights

Turner Access Ltd (TA) has announced that on 9th July 2010 legal proceedings commenced in the High Court against Youngman Group Ltd alleging infringement of intellectual property rights in relation to the Beta®Guard Advanced Guardrail System.

TA is seeking an injunction and damages. The other party has 28 days to file a defence.

Beta®Guard is described by TA as “the world’s first Integral AGR (Advanced Guardrail) that can be used to erect and dismantle aluminum towers safely, with or without the deployment of traditional braces.
