Inquest hears how trench may have compromised wall stability
A inquest jury in Devon has been hearing evidence regarding a death that occurred in 2005. Builder Dean Harman died when the 25-tonne gable end of a dilapidated cottage collapsed near Exeter.
HSE Inspector Martin Rickard told the jury that a trench had been excavated near the wall and rubble moved from the front of the wall.
