This is as reported by third parties and does not purport to be a formal statistical release. Subsequent HSE investigation may determine that some are not reportable under RIDDOR.

- 09/12 London – trapped in scissor lift
Enquires suggest that the death not reported in our pages involved minor commercial roofwork.
