Wrecking ball strikes people carrier on busy street… or does it?

We have been sent a short video that appears to show an incident in which a wrecking ball strikes and overturns a vehicle on a busy street.

The video looks genuine, but is it? Further enquiries suggest it is part of an upcoming movie!
