Building site manager dies after being found with head injuries

The Westmorland Gazette has reported that a building site manager who suffered serious head injuries while working on an Abbeyfield Society Ltd building site in Milnthorpe, Cumbria has subsequently died.

Robert William Moore aged 56 was found by colleagues slumped over his desk at the building site and taken to Preston Royal Infirmary where he remained in a coma until he died.

Police launched an investigation to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident and do not believe that there are any suspicious circumstances at this time. The coroner and HSE have been informed.
