Monthly reports of construction sector fatal injuries September 2009

HSE publish ‘as reported’ fatal injury information each month. This is as reported by third parties and does not purport to be a formal statistical release. Subsequent HSE investigation may determine that some are not reportable under RIDDOR. 

The reports for September 2009 have now been added to the database including the following deaths that appear to be construction related.

3. 08/09 Surrey – fall from height
4. 10/09 West Bromwich – fall from height
