Dumper overturn causes fatal injuries to young groundworker

The Mid Devon Star has reported that Police and HSE are investigating the death of 20 year-old groundworker who died when the dumper truck he was operating overturned.

The incident occurred at a private residence in near Tiverton, Devon and further enquiries suggest the work may have involved construction of a pond.
