Roofline work from ladder claims life of another refurb worker
The Farnham Herald has reported that a 75-year-old local man has died after falling from a ladder in Farnham, Surry on Tuesday 8th September. A full account is due to be published this week.
Further enquiries suggest that the deceased workman may have been undertaking gutter repair work at the time of the fall.
Comment: This tragic death continues the current trend in which the proportion of construction sector fatal injuries is rising on smaller sites and refurbishment projects.
