Workmen falls from scaffold in second Scottish death in two weeks

The Aberdeen Evening Express has reported that a 63-year-old workman has died after he fell from a scaffold on a project involving the renovation of a block of flats near the local railway station.

The man was treated by emergency services at the site but died later in the Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. HSE and Grampian Police are investigating and will report to the procurator fiscal.
