Date set for trial over death of child who fell from scaffold   

Lovell Partnerships Ltd has denied an allegation that the company failed to discharge its HSW Act Section 3 duty following the death of a seven-year-old boy in 2006.

Newcastle Crown Court heard that the charges relate to the death of Adam Tiffin who fell 8m from the roof of a block of flats under renovation near his home in Washington, Tyne and Wear. The trial is scheduled to start on November 9th 2009.
