Prosecution Cases added to Register

Two (2) records relating to one (1) construction sector prosecution were added to the HSE Register on 24/12/2008. The case involved, with fines in brackets:

• fall of 7m from building (£20k and £10k)

Enforcement Notices added to Register 

Sixty-five (67) construction sector enforcement notices were added to the HSE Register on 24/12/2008.
