CDM notifications
CDM project notification It appears appears that the client is not legally required to sign the F10. For example, it could be signed by the CDM Coordinator (or designer) on behalf of the client. However those signing such declarations would be wise to obtain written authorisation from the client.
HSE plan to enable electronic delivery of F10 in 2008 The CDM F10 form is the first in line for online delivery. At present some 200,000 notifications are received by HSE each year. This work should be completed in 2008.
